Natalia Marakhovska, PhD, is an Associate
Professor at Mariupol State University.
She is a team member of the Erasmus+ BELONG
project at Masaryk University, an Associate
Researcher at the French Research Centre in Prague, and
Co-lead of a British Council-funded project on
women’s leadership in Ukrainian academia.
She designs and facilitates art-based workshops
on equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Her research focuses on leadership development,
inclusive teaching, and arts-based pedagogies.
