- Do your emotions sometimes feel too much, too fast?
- Or maybe you struggle to feel or make sense from what is happening inside of you.
- Would you like to explore creative and embodied ways to understand yourself better?
- Get more time for yourself to relax?
Reframe Yourself is a weekend seminar for young adults who want to reconnect with their inner world through art therapy, journaling, bodywork, and theatre. We’ll explore how to regulate emotions, understand our inner world, and express ourselves safely.
The workshop is open to everyone, especially youth with fewer opportunities. No previous experience in art or therapy is required – just a willingness to explore.
What to expect:
- Creative self-expression through movement, theatre and art
- Safer space to connect to yourself and share
- Practical tools for everyday emotional resilience
- Mostly individual exercises
“The medical profession has come a long way in recognizing the healing benefits of art. My hope is that someday the arts will be considered as essential in everyone’s life s breathing fresh air, eating clean foods, and engaging in physical exercise.”
– Renée Phillips,
founder and director of Manhattan Arts International
This seminar is a part of KA2 project Art Well,
co-funded by European Union.

Lecturers
Erik Šámal, Lecturer
I am 22 y.o. and currently studying special education at Masaryk University.
I participate in several smaller projects which are mainly focused on LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people.
In my free time I enjoy spending time outside – travelling/with friends, improving my artistic skills, but I do relax from time to time, because that is what people need nowadays – to slow down.
Overall, I love to get INspired and INspire people:).
