Inner child work helps us to get to the root of the problem – the core wounding – instead of putting a Band-Aid over the pain and hoping it gets better.

Seminar “Embrace Your Inner Child” might help you with:

“While meeting with your ‘inner child,’ you will have the opportunity to understand your hidden needs and desires – things you may ignore or hide from, and consequently, that have been tripping you up in the long run. You will learn to be more mindful and kind to yourself, taking the first steps on the journey towards self-acceptance.

During the seminar, you will focus on your behavior patterns, on what energizes you and what drains you. You will have the opportunity to redesign your ‘everydayness’ so that your emotional tank remains consistently fuller rather than half-empty or empty in the long run.

In simple terms, you will be happier, more content, and have more energy in your daily life, provided you are determined to do what is necessary.

Understanding your ‘inner child’ will help you recognize your hidden motivations and ‘overreactions.’ Quieting internal pain will assist you in making decisions more calmly, being more open, and honest, leading to healthier interpersonal relationships both professionally and personally.

In other words, workshops can help you eliminate toxic relationships from your life and, at the same time, become less toxic to the people around you.

During the seminar, we will explore your ability to experience joy and happiness (expressions that many of us surprisingly forbid ourselves). Similarly, we will also delve into the flip side of the coin: expressing emotions considered ‘negative’ and, therefore, ‘forbidden’ – such as anger, shame, and so on. Within the workshops, we will create a space where you will have the opportunity to genuinely experience both joy and sincere rage.

Each person’s journey is individual. Every individual needs something different. The main output from the course will be an individual plan outlining the directions in which you would like to grow, experiment, and what to do to live a happy and fulfilled life.

“Many of us carry blocks and issues from childhood throughout our entire lives. (…) From an early age, most of us learned to avoid unpleasant feelings and their expressions because we wanted to be accepted and loved by our parents and other important people in our childhood. We were unsure if our parents could accept us as terrible as we sometimes felt. Therefore, we learned to act in a way that would ensure acceptance regardless of our feelings – and now, we perpetuate the same mistakes, increasing our pain… Yet, deep down, we long for liberation.”
