Medusa’s head is an experiential learning program, youth exchange, focused on letting youngsters to:
- discover their shadow, embrace it and use it to their advantage
- recognizing their full capabilities and using them fully
- setting up their identity, boundaries, and purpose in life
- enhancing their proactivity, confidence, courage, and readiness to step out of the comfort zone
- boosting their skills, mostly: Communication skills, Cooperation, Empathy, Improvisation, Proactivity
- enhancing their cooperative, inclusive, and solution oriented mindset

GOAL: Let youngsters tap into their full potential
O1: Establish a safe space in which youngsters with fewer opportunities can grow together
O2: Let youngsters realise what they are capable of
O3: Boost youngsters soft skills, especially Communication skills, Cooperation, Empathy, Improvisation, Proactivity
O4: Boost youngsters confidence, readiness to tep out of comfort zone, inclusivity, and mindfulness
O5: Let youngsters recognize their shadow, their skills, and make a plan on how to use it
O6: Disseminate the learnings

Do you want to be a partner?
We are seeking partners interested any of the following topics:
- eduLarps
- Challenge by Choice method
- ecology & sustainability
- you will provide a group leader who will support us in the process (note: group leaders will work hard in this project, so we are searching highly motivated or experienced people)
- you will run short survey among your youth in the planning period
- you will fill in our partners form
- you will provide us with the PIF
- you will support the dissemination and evaluaton process
- We are collecting a participation fee of 30 euros. This fee will be send to you as a sending organisation (we are not keeping it)
- Do you have other needs? Tell us, we will be happy to discover how to make this experience meaningful for your organisation!
- youngsters will run a local eduLarp (we will provide them with materials), workshop, presendation, or develop a product (podcast, etc.)
- we will develop an eBook of used edularp activities
- dissemination of photos & videos

Project supervisor
I am a trainer, facilitator, coach, storyteller, and writer.
The main topics I am focused on are the labor market, social inclusion (mainly of the LGBT+ spectrum), and personal development. The main methods I use are storytelling, coaching, systemic work, body movement, art, gamification, and LARP.
I went from a career as a journalist and marketing specialist to becoming a coach, facilitator, and trainer. I have worked for 6 years as a scout leader and later participated in the EVS program at Olde Vechte Foundation in the Netherlands.

Veronica Spagna

I have been working as a project manager and writer in the International Cooperation and European programs field. I have experiences in facilitating activities with young people, in formal and informal education about human rights, sustainable development and social inclusion using non-formal educational methods like embodiment, dance, arts and crafting. Creative and proactive, always a dancing step forward.
