“You have to be true to yourself. It’s the easiest thing to say and the hardest thing to do.”

– Ozzy Osbourne

Crazy Train offers you a journey toward becoming unapologetically yourself.

Together with young people from across Europe, you’ll step away from the pressure to perform, impress, and fit in, and discover what authentic communication really feels like. Through immersive games, LARPs, creative workshops, outdoor adventures, movement, and deep reflection, you’ll challenge the stories that hold you back, build meaningful friendships, and experience the freedom of expressing yourself without fear of judgment.

Return home with greater confidence, healthier communication habits, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the courage to turn your voice into your greatest strength.

Project's Team

Radu Lupu

Facilitator

I’m a psychologist, certified coach, facilitator and amateur actor from Romania

My background includes delivering mental health workshops in high schools, coaching projects within corporate environments, and running a TikTok brand that helps people quit smoking through psychology-based methods. I’m also passionate about civic engagement, actively involved in advocating for democratic values and active citizenship among young people, and I bring a creative side to my work as an amateur actor, alongside a regular mindfulness and meditation practice.

I first joined Erasmus+ projects as a participant, and coming back now as a facilitator feels like a full-circle moment. I’m excited to support participants in embracing uncertainty, learning from one another, and stepping outside their comfort zones in a safe, supportive environment. Fittingly for this project, I’m a big Ozzy Osbourne fan, the artist behind the song “Crazy Train.”

Vlad Popa

Facilitator

I’m a clinical psychologist, experiential counsellor, sports psychologist and facilitator from Romania.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology, and for the past two years I’ve worked with people in individual sessions, therapeutic groups, workshops, conferences and international youth projects.

What I enjoy most is creating spaces where people try things out instead of just talking about them, because the most important things we learn about ourselves come from experience, not textbooks.

As a facilitator, I mix psychology with experiential activities, creativity and curiosity, and I love working across cultures, where different perspectives make the learning richer.

Let’s learn, experiment, make a little mess along the way, and leave understanding ourselves and each other a bit better.

Michal Filipek

Project supervisor

I am a Kitchen and sustainability facilitator, plant-based chef, low-waste lifestyle geek and sustainability lover. From studying French language and literature to Erasmus+ cooking. Long story short, I like cooking more. I can share with you my experiences in the kitchen, including several years working in a restaurant. My method is simple – everyone can cook. I believe that a sustainable lifestyle is not a matter of being perfect but implementing small steps into your everyday life. During this project, you will have a chance to experience many of these little steps and see which one is working for you. I will be there to support you!
