Join an open class exploring the Dancing Through the Body Systems exercise from Andrea Olsen’s The Place of Dance.
We’ll move, sense, and explore the body through the lens of the major systems — bones, muscles, breath, circulation, digestion, fluid, and more.
This is not about performance, but about presence, curiosity and embodied awareness.
What to expect:
Movement practice: Dancing through the body systems
Somatic exploration: Awareness, sensation, flow
Journaling: Time to reflect, integrate and notice
A shared space: Open to anyone who feels called to join
Whole group facilitated space:
We are all going to meet on an equal level, experimenting with the exercise from the Dancing Through the Body System book.
The idea is there is no teacher nor student, we are all going through the exercise, and supporting each other in it.
You don’t need to be a dancer.
You only need a body, a bit of curiosity, and a willingness to listen.
This is an open class — a space for you, and for anyone who wants to explore movement, embodiment and self-inquiry.
