Four two-hour sessions during which we will try out several activities to help you explore your suppressed emotions, pain, and fears.

Many of us carry blocks and issues from childhood throughout our lives. (…) Most of us learned from a young age to avoid unpleasant feelings and their expression because we wanted to be accepted and loved by our parents and other important people in our childhood. We weren’t sure if our parents could accept us when we felt as terrible as we sometimes did. So we learned to act in ways that would ensure acceptance regardless of our true feelings—and now we keep repeating the same mistakes, deepening our pain…

Vojta is the chairperson of INspire. Professionally, he specializes in mental health—which he sees as closely connected to physical health—and in exploring the educational potential of LARP.

A trained journalist, he began working in non-formal education in 2017 with the Dutch educational organization Olde Vechte Foundation. Since then, he has led over 25 international educational courses focused on various topics.
