Embrace Your Inner Child | House Seminar
Four two-hour sessions during which we will try out several activities to help you explore your suppressed emotions, pain, and fears.

Inner child work helps us to get to the root of the problem – the core wounding – instead of putting a Band-Aid over the pain and hoping it gets better.
Why should I care about my inner child?
Kurz “Obejmi své vnitřní dítě” vám může přinést následující:
During the sessions with your “inner child,” you will have the chance to understand your hidden needs and desires—things you may not admit to yourself, that you ignore, and that have been holding you back for a long time. You will learn to be more attentive and kind to yourself and take the first steps toward self-acceptance.
During the course, you will focus on your behavioral patterns—what energizes you and what drains your energy. You’ll have the opportunity to reorganize your daily routine so that your emotional reserves remain mostly full or at least half-full, rather than half-empty or empty.
Simply put: you will be happier, more content, and have more energy in your everyday life—if you’re willing to do what it takes.
Getting to know your “inner child” will help you recognize your hidden motivations and “overreactions.” Soothing your inner pain will enable you to make decisions more calmly, be more open and honest… which leads to healthier relationships in your professional, friendship, and romantic life.
In other words, the workshops can help you eliminate toxic relationships from your life—and also become less toxic to those around you.
Each person’s journey is unique. Everyone needs something different. Our main outcome from the course will be an individual plan outlining the areas where you want to grow, experiment, and what steps to take in order to live a happy and fulfilling life.
During the home seminar, we won’t have much opportunity to focus fully on healthy emotional expression… but if participants show interest, we can arrange an extra session at a special place where you’ll be able to express yourself freely—to genuinely rejoice and honestly vent your anger.
We will explore your ability to experience joy and enjoy happiness (which, surprisingly, many of us tend to deny ourselves), as well as the flip side: expressing emotions considered “negative” and therefore “forbidden”—such as anger, shame, and more.
Many of us carry blocks and issues from childhood throughout our lives. (…) Most of us learned from a young age to avoid unpleasant feelings and their expression because we wanted to be accepted and loved by our parents and other important people in our childhood. We weren’t sure if our parents could accept us when we felt as terrible as we sometimes did. So we learned to act in ways that would ensure acceptance regardless of our true feelings—and now we keep repeating the same mistakes, deepening our pain…
And yet, deep down, we long for liberation.

Vojta is the chairperson of INspire. Professionally, he specializes in mental health—which he sees as closely connected to physical health—and in exploring the educational potential of LARP.
A trained journalist, he began working in non-formal education in 2017 with the Dutch educational organization Olde Vechte Foundation. Since then, he has led over 25 international educational courses focused on various topics.
